Larry is President of MLP Consultants, LLC. Mr. Puleo has over thirty years of project management experience and has provided organizational improvement leadership for numerous strategic initiatives. He has implemented and managed strategic project portfolios and project management offices for various organizations and also provides project management training and mentoring. He has mastery level consulting skills, change integration experience and considerable process improvement experience in the areas of operations and technology. Larry’s philosophy is that project management should be an integrated core management process that incorporates the strategic, developmental and tactical levels of an organization to improve strategic business investment execution capabilities resulting in the change needed to move companies forward. Larry is an annual speaker at the University of Scranton and has presented at conferences, Marywood University and various corporate meetings. Larry writes a monthly article on Project Management for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Journal and has done so for the past four years. Larry is a member of the Project Management Institute, Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Scranton and The Greater Valley Technology Alliance.
